DO YOU DO EVERYTHING?

Yes. We manage the whole process for you. First, we meet with you and discuss the design and functionality of your space and create a plan of what you want to achieve. Then we organise all tradesmen, materials and consents (if needed). We stay in contact with you giving regular updates.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RENOVATE A BATHROOM?

Usually, 1-2 weeks depending on the type of products and the scope of the job. Once we meet with you, we can give you a more accurate timeline.

WHAT’S THE AVERAGE COST OF A NEW BATHROOM?

This question depends on the size of the space and what products you would like to include. On average you will be looking at $25,000. Slightly less for simple bathroom renovation, more for a top of the range, high spec bathroom.

ARE THERE WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCT?

Yes! We choose to work New Zealand companies that guarantee their products will last. This gives you peace of mind that your bathroom won't fail.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON WORKMANSHIP

Yes. We 100% guarantee our workmanship if we use our preferred partner products that we know and trust the quality of. We may install other products at your request, however, the workmanship warranty may be void.

DO I GET A CHOICE IN FIXTURES?

Of course! You can let us know what fixtures you would like to include. We are also here to help guide you to make the right choice if you are a little unsure.

ARE YOUR TEAM QUALIFIED?

Yes. We only work with qualified, industry experienced tradesmen.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Your deposit secures your bathroom renovation with us and allows us to book in the tradesmen and order the products needed to complete your bathroom.

DO YOU WORK ALL OVER AUCKLAND?

Yes, we cover the whole Auckland region.

CAN YOU HELP WITH DESIGN?

Yes. We have an experienced Colour Consultant that will meet with you to create your dream bathroom.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING RUBBISH AND WASTE?

No, apart of the job is for us to remove all rubbish and waste from site. So you don't need to worry about it.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE RENOVATION?

No. We will meet with you initially to discuss access to your home while we work on the job. Then you are free to carry on with your day-to-day jobs.

WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DO I NEED?

No need for you to organise insurance as we have you covered under our own policy.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept online banking and credit card payments. We also offer finance through Gilrose, talk to our team if this is the best option for you.

WILL MY PROJECT REQUIRE COUNCIL CONSENT?

Generally not, however, if your project does need council consent, we will take care of this process for you.

WILL THERE BE A WORKING A TOILET DURING THE RENOVATION?

Yes. We will connect a temporary toilet after each day for you to use in the evenings until we are back on site the next day.
